Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced a recruitment drive for 200 Apprentice positions across various trades, including Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprenticeships. Candidates with qualifications such as Any Graduate, B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, Diploma, ITI, and 12th pass are eligible to apply.

Education Qualification:
- Candidates must have any of the following qualifications to apply: Any Graduate (B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc), Diploma, ITI, or 12th Pass. Those who meet the required educational qualifications can proceed with the application.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age limit: 24 Years

Selection Procedure:
- No Exam or Interview! Selection is based on merit.
- Merit List: Shortlisting is based on marks in qualifying exams.
- Tie-Breaker: Older candidates or higher matriculation marks get preference.
- Medical Check: Must meet IOCL’s medical fitness standards.
- Final Step: Document verification + medical fitness = Selection!
